The terms of use of: www.WitchEha.com (hereinafter terms and conditions) apply to all legal relationships, offers of products, orders, sales transactions that take place between the customer and the owner of the E-boutique: www.WitchEha.com – Ollerna OÜ, registry code: 11011538, address: Pärnu mnt. 126, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 11313. 3. In addition to the conditions governing legal relations arising during the use of the E-boutique: www.WitcEeha.com are subject to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
4. E-boutique: www.WitchEha.com may change the terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website: www.WitchEha.com and they take effect immediately after publication!
5. All rune things sold at: www.WitchEha.com E-boutique are from very high quality & all the rune necklaces are made of 925 silver.

Price information:

1. The prices at: www.WitchEha.com E-boutique are all in euros.
2. Prices do not include shipping costs, all the shipping costs will be seen later, at the check out!
3. If you wish to order a product from outside the European Union, the product may be subject to import duties and customs duties payable upon arrival in the country of destination. Such taxes are paid by the customer.
   Tax and customs policy may vary from country to country, so I recommend that you familiarize yourself with possible additional taxes before confirming your order.
4.  www.WitchEha.com may change the prices seen in E-boutique at any time. All changes will be published on the website: www.WitchEha.com and effective from the moment of publication.
5. If the order is placed before the price change is published, then the price that was in force at the time of purchase, will apply to your order.

How to order:

1. To place an order, select a suitable product from the E-boutique and click the “Add to Cart” button. By pressing the “Shopping Cart” button, the products in the shopping cart can be viewed, the quantities can be changed and removed.
2. Then press the ”Check out with PayPal“ button and then at the bottom of the page there is the option ”Pay with a Bank Account, transfer or Credit Card”. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter the required data to make a purchase.
3. It is possible to pay for the order through PayPal, by card (VISA/Mastercard), or directly via banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele or Pocopay, also it’s possible to pay through Finland banks: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki & Säästopankki, Latvia banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele & Luminor, Lithuania banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor & Siauliu Bankas (payment initiation service), all the payments will be mediated by the Maksekeskus AS.
4. Ollerna OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, the company Ollerna OÜ forwards the personal data necessary, for making payments, to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
5. To pay by bank transfer, please forward your purchase request to: WitchEha@gmail.com and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail, where the requisites for the payment are indicated!
6. The order will not be placed before the payment is received!

Delivery:

1. Possible delivery methods are: Itella Smartpost, Omniva or DPD parcel machine, also the courier option.
2. Purchased items will be delivered usually in 5 working days inside of the Baltic States, in 7 working days inside of Europe, and in 10 working days to the rest of the world!
3. If you purchase an service, we will reach out to you, after the payment has been made, to arrange the date & time and place for the service.
4. If the ordered items cannot be delivered, due to the run out of the items, or for any other reason, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the money will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of receiving the notice!

Right of withdrawal and return of product:

1. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after placing it, and when the order hasn’t still been sent out to the customer, the customer undertakes to contact the customer service of the E-boutique: WitchEha@gmail.com and report it as soon as possible!
2. After receiving the products, you have 14 days to inspect the products in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act.
   If you wish to return the products, you undertake to contact the customer service of the E-boutique at: WitchEha@gmail.com immediately (but not later than within 14 days after receiving the products) to exercise the right of return, and the product(s) to be returned must be intact and unused.
3. The withdrawal period will run from the day you have received your product(s)!
4. The Right of Return does not apply to the products, whose defects result from improper use or normal wear.
5. From the service you can withdraw until 3 days before the appointment.
6. The money for the returned product/service will be transferred to the same account that was used to pay for the product! The E-boutique transfers money to the bank account within 14 days after receiving the product/service.
7. The customer undertakes to bear the cost of returning the product(s), these costs will not be compensated!
